We have relied on and trusted Sharkey Air for many years.  What makes a difference with Sharkey Air is the great people who work there.  They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  Today Sonya helped by arranging for Bob to come out and see why our A/C stopped working shortly after Hurricane Milton.  I didn't expect to get an appointment the same morning I called but Sonya made that happen.  Bob arrived right on time, identified the problem, fixed it, and reset the thermostat.  He explained what he was finding and what he was doing.  He worked quickly and efficiently yet he always remained responsive and friendly. Highest marks to their office and tech staff! I have been a Sharky Air customer for a long time but never had a problem so my dealings were scheduled jservice calls. While I was away on vacation I had a major problem with my AC and had a guest staying at my house. I called Sharkey  and not only did they respond that day to diagnose the problem but also brought a room air conditioner for my guest room so my guest was comfortable while they repaired the problem. I had a different problem 2 weeks later and again, same day service. Not easy to find response like that from companies!  Thiis air conditioner is only 4 years old so I was ready for battle.
